David Hoverman

David Hoverman is a Partner with Bain & Company, a strategy consultancy, and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Dave is a member of Bain's private equity group, where he focuses on media and technology businesses, with an emphasis on companies which serve the education and training sector. In addition to work with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, he has worked extensively with universities, school districts, and philanthropic organizations which focus on K-12 schools. He earned his M.B.A. at The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and received his undergraduate degree with Honors from Dartmouth College. Dave lives with his family in Berkeley, California.
