The Western Pennsylvania Writing Project (WPWP), now 40 years old, helps teachers become better writing instructors by developing their own skills. Like all Writing Project sites, through its summer institute, WPWP empowers educators to explore creative teaching methods and bring a renewed passion for writing back to their classrooms, inspiring students to embrace the craft.
