The Miami University's Ohio Writing Project (OWP) is partnering with the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Park to host an event on April 6, 2024 that encourages the community to create poetry and art inspired by the upcoming solar eclipse and the works of acclaimed Dayton writer and poet Paul Laurence Dunbar. The event is part of a larger collaboration between OWP, the Wick Poetry Center, and the National Writing Project to provide eclipse-themed writing resources and create interactive spaces for the community to engage with the eclipse.
