Hotel Information

NWP's Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the NCTE Annual Convention in San Antonio, which runs November 20-23. NCTE's headquarters hotel is the Marriott Rivercenter , located across the street from NWP's headquarters hotel, the Grand Hyatt San Antonio .

Booking Hotel Rooms

NWP participants can book hotel rooms at a variety of San Antonio hotels through the NCTE Housing Bureau . The NCTE group rate at the Grand Hyatt, NWP's headquarters hotel, is $180 per night plus tax (single or double). Please note: Rooms at the Grand Hyatt are no longer available at the conference rate on Wednesday, November 19, but NCTE lists options for rooms at other nearby hotels. Rooms are limited, so please make your reservation soon.
